POLL: Most Voters Don’t Believe Ukraine Can Win Against Russia

According to a Rasmussen poll, 14% of likely United States voters believe Russia is winning the war in Ukraine. 19% of voters believe Ukraine is winning. 52% view a stalemate taking place in Ukraine. An additional 16% are unsure who is actually winning this conflict.
50% of Democrat voters, 53% of Republican voters, and 52% of independent voters generally agree that the war between Russia and Ukraine is at a stalemate.
Curiously, 42% of voters still believe that it would be better for US interests if Ukraine keeps fighting until the Russian invasion is completely pushed back, whereas 40% believe it would be better if Ukraine reaches a negotiated settlement for peace with Russia. 19% are unsure. 34% of voters believe the US government is doing too much to assist Ukraine stave off the Russian invasion. 33% currently believe the US government isn’t doing enough to assist Ukraine, whereas 22% stated that the amount of US aid to Ukraine is about right. An additional 11% are unsure.
39% of Democrat voters and 30% of Republican voters, and 30% independent voters believe the US government isn’t doing enough to assist Ukraine, whereas 42% of Republican voters, 23% of Democrat voters, and 37% of independent voters believe the US is doing too much to aid Ukraine.
49% of Democrats voters, 41% of Republicans, and 35% of independent voters said it would be better for US interests if Ukraine continues fighting until the Russian invasion is completely pushed back.
53% of white voters, 41% of black voters, and 52% of non-black minority voters believe the Ukraine war is essentially at a stalemate.
With respect to income categories, voters making over $200,000 annually are the most likely to believe the war in Ukraine is at a stalemate, and also most likely to signal that the US isn’t helping Ukraine enough.
The reality is that Ukraine is losing this conflict and any narrative about a stalemate is disinformation at best. These sentiments go to show how powerful media programming is in this day and time.
Objective alternative media analysis shows that Russia will come out victorious in this conflict owing to its escalatory dominance and vast resources at its disposal.
If the US were smart, it would do everything possible to wrap this conflict up. Continuing the deployment of military aid to Ukraine will only ensure the utter destruction of the Ukrainian state.
