POLL: Republicans Have Huge Advantage On Crime Issue

Per a Rasmussen poll, 48% of likely United States voters trust Republican politicians “more to tackle crime and law enforcement issues, whereas 36% trust Democrat politicians more. 15% are unsure.
61% of voters believe the problem of violent crime in America is worsening, while 13% believe it is getting better. 24% of voters view the crime problem as staying roughly the same.
81% of voters believe the issue of crime will be important during the 2024 presidential election, which includes 48% who believe the crime issue will be very important in November.
66% of Republican voters believe the crime issue will be very important in the presidential election, in addition to 41% of Democrat voters and 44% of independent voters.
81% of Republican voters, 42% of Democrat voters, and 62% of independent voters believe the violent crime problem is worsening. 22% of Democrat voters, 8% of both Republicans and independent voters, say the problem of violent crime is improving.
88% of Republican voters and 77% of Democrats voters trust their own party more to tackle the crime issue. Independent voters trust Republicans more (51%) than Democrats (24%) to tackle crime and law enforcement matters.
63% of white voters, 56% of black voters, and 59% of non-black minorities believe the problem of violent crime is worsening. 53% of white voters, 29% of black voters, and 47% of non-black minorities trust the GOP more to tackle crime and law enforcement matters.
35% of white voters, 44% of black voters, and 37% of other non-black minorities trust Democrats more to handle the issue.
66% of self-identified conservative voters, 36% of moderate voters, and 29% of liberal voters, believe the crime issue will be very important in the 2024 presidential election
When it comes to income categories, just 43% of voters making over $200,000 annually view the violent problem of violent crime as getting worse. By contrast, 72% of voters making below $30,000 believe violent crime is getting worse.
Democrats the jailbreak party. They count on criminals to support them. Moreover, unleashing criminals on the streets allows these scum to terrorize right-wing populist constituencies.
Republicans have been no better, in how they played a major role in supporting lax criminal justice reforms such as the First Step Act.
This is where America First populists must step up to the plate and offer real pro-law & order reforms. American could down the Gotham route if it doesn’t get crime in check.
