POLL: Voters Want Stronger Border Security, Not More Funding for Ukraine

According to a Rasmussen poll, 60% of likely United States voters believe that controlling the US’s southern border with Mexico is more important than providing Ukraine with military aid to fight Russia.

Only 30% indicated that supporting Ukraine in its war against Russia is more important. An additional 10% are unsure.

65% of voters believe the current situation at the southern border is a crisis. By contrast, 24% indicated that it’s not and an additional 11% are unsure.

84% of Republican voters, 51% of Democrat voters, and 60% of independent voters indicated that the current situation at the southern border is a crisis.

79% of Republican voters and 60% of independent voters believe controlling the southern border is more important for maintaining America’s national security. 45% of Democrat voters believe it’s more important to supply military aid to Ukraine in its war against Russia, while 42% believe getting the US border under control is more important for national security.

56% of white voters, 65% of black voters, and 68% of non-black minorities said that controlling the migrant crisis at the US border is more important for bolstering national security.

55% of government employees, 44% of private sector workers, and 40% of retirees trust Democrats more to take on national security.

As far as income categories are concerned, 49% of voters earning over $200,000 annually don’t believe the current situation at the southern border is a crisis, while overwhelming majorities of voters earning below $100,000 annually perceive it is a crisis.

Indeed, the Russo-Ukrainian conflict has demonstrated the depravity of the American ruling class, which is more concerned about subsiding nations in conflicts thousands of miles away while leaving the southern border inadequately defended.

Such behavior is the province of a detached, globalist ruling class that must be overthrown if we want to see any semblance of order restored in the country.
