President Donald Trump Declares National Emergency To Build The Wall

President Donald Trump declared a national emergency on February 15, 2019 to secure America’s southern border with a big magnificent border Wall.
With this declaration, President Trump makes it clear that he defends our national sovereignty and is committed to securing the border from the many gangs and known or suspected terrorists who pour into the country. The declaration gives Trump as Commander in Chief broad powers to secure the entire border region.
Much of the Wall is already built, and much more of it is getting built privately.
President Trump plans to re-allocate billions of dollars from other ventures including in Puerto Rico to build the Wall.
“We fight wars that are six thousand miles away, wars that we should have never been in, in many cases, but we don’t control our own border. So we are going to confront the national security crisis on our southern border,” President Trump stated.
