REPORT: Businesses Are Growing Tired of Wokism

According to data from the DEI consulting firm Paradigm, American businesses are growing tired with woke leftist ideas coming from the United States’ university system.

New revelations from Paradigm indicates that “the momentum fueling DEI slowed” in corporate America. The report alluded to “economic uncertainty, the increasing politicization of diversity-related topics, and fatigue,” in addition to “political rhetoric and lawsuits from conservative activists” that have “increased scrutiny around DEI goal-setting.”

At first, Paradigm documented an “8-point increase in organizations who had gender representation goals and a 4-point increase in organizations with race/ethnicity representation goals.” However, it called attention to how this data was compiled in September “when the chilling effect from activist lawsuits was just setting in.”

“In the time since, we’ve heard from a number of HR leaders who are de-emphasizing data and analytics as a part of their DEI efforts,” the firm observed.

”External forces are no longer pushing companies to invest in DEI; instead, in some cases, external forces are pushing back on companies’ investment in DEI,” the report underscored. The report added that “If companies don’t want to see the diversity of their workforce backslide in the coming years, they need to revisit their hiring processes now.”

DEI programs that seek to undermine Whites in academic settings and in the workplace have finally met pushback in the form of July’s Supreme Court ruling striking down affirmative action in college admissions and elected officials beginning to prohibit DEI programs and offices at public colleges and universities.

This is a positive development that has now made corporate America think twice about pushing these wacky measures. When the Right is ready to fight at all levels of government and spheres of human activity, the Left will be put in its place.
