Republican Doctor and State Senator is Cleared of ‘Politically Motivated’ Complaints for Speaking Out Against COVID-19 Hysteria

There are major consequences for those who speak out.

The Minnesota Board of Medical Practice has cleared Republican State Senator and doctor Scott Jensen of complaints alleging that he spread misinformation for speaking against COVID-19 mass hysteria.

In an interview with the Minnesota News Network, Jensen said he was “gratified.” He added: “I appreciate the fact that the Board of Medical practice is doing what it is charged to do, but still, it hangs over your head like a black cloud until the decision is rendered.”

“I think maybe whoever did this maybe did a good thing in the long run because we’ve had quite a conversation and truly, we will have to look at the Board of Medical Practice and how wide are the guard rails in which they operate,” he said.

Jensen, who serves as the Vice Chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Finance and Policy committee, had made remarks about COVID-19 cases being over-reported, which is a fact, and for comparing COVID-19 death totals to influenza death totals. This resulted in complaints being filed against him, which Jensen believes are politically motivated.

“The Board has received complaints regarding public messages you made related to COVID-19. In accordance with Minnesota law, the Board is required to make inquiries into all complaints and reports wherein violations of the Medical Practice Act are alleged,” the Board announced last month.

Jensen refused to back down to these anonymous complains or admit any wrongdoing. He stood by his factually accurate statements throughout the investigation. Republican Senate leaders stood by Jensen as well.

“We are looking into whether or not the board is compelled to investigate every complaint or if they are choosing to investigate Dr. Jensen,” Senate Republican Majority Leader Paul Gazelka said last month after the bogus complaints were filed.

“Legislators should not have to fear regulators based on their speech. If the bureaucratic state can silence speech through investigations, we have very dark times ahead for our democracy,” he added.

Big League Politics has reported on the personal and professional consequences that dissenting doctors have been forced to endure after flouting the COVID-19 conventional wisdom pushed religiously by the corporate media and the pharmaceutical-industrial complex:

A Michigan doctor has had his Metro Detroit clinic raided following allegations that he was “illegally” treating coronavirus patients with Vitamin C.

Dr. Charles Mok, who leads the Allure Medical Spa in Shelby Township, has been accused of committing health care fraud and conspiracy to commit health care fraud. He is being charged in federal court for these supposed crimes.

Mok is an advocate for treating coronavirus patients with Vitamin C in order to boost their immune systems while they fight off the virus. This has become a controversial notion, as hysteria proponents stand in the way of any treatment that does not involve forcing vaccine shots into millions of people.

Federal jackboots surrounded the Allure facility and raided it last week. They are claiming that his treatments do not qualify for Medicare reimbursements because they have not been rubber-stamped for approval by the Medical Mafia at the FDA. He is also being accused of conducting illegal vein treatment after all “non-essential businesses” were forced to close by an edict from Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Mok announced on YouTube that “IV vitamin C is being used in hospitals across the country to treat the most advanced disease associated with COVID-19.” This may have prompted the feds to shut down his operation by brute force.

The doctors speaking out against the scamdemic like Sen. Jensen are the real heroes, while the doctors going along with the status quo are Big Pharma shills.

Michigan Republicans Demand Inquiry Into Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s Murderous COVID-19 Nursing Home Policies

She is as guilty as Cuomo.

Republican lawmakers in the state of Michigan are pushing back against Governor Gretchen Whitmer for her genocidal COVID-19 policies that have resulted in the needless deaths of countless elderly individuals.

State senator Jim Runestad is leading the charge to hold Whitmer accountable in a similar manner that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is now being held accountable for implementing similarly murderous policies in his state.

“Gov. Whitmer’s regional hub policy placed patients with and without COVID-19 in the same facilities and may have exacerbated the death toll in those facilities,” said Runestad in a press release.

“Questions remain regarding the accuracy of data, compliance with CDC guidelines and compliance with our state’s Freedom of Information Act. There is a critical need for a full investigation into these matters,” he added.

Runestad believes a federal investigation is needed into Whitmer’s actions because of how her COVID-19 approach has lacked transparency.

“Michiganders understand there are many, many similarities between Gov. Whitmer’s handling of the virus and Gov. Cuomo’s: their unilateral overreach (both struck down by the courts), their allusion to vague metrics and data, their questionable vaccine distribution plans, and their outright defiance to losing their emergency powers. The alarming similarities with New York raise serious questions about what really happened in Michigan,” Runestad said.

Runestad and other Michigan Republican lawmakers have sent letters to Attorney General Dana Nessel and the Department of Justice demanding accountability, but Democrats are not likely to police their own behavior.

Big League Politics has reported on how Whitmer doubled down on her policies to murder elderly nursing home patients by housing COVID-19 sufferers next to them:

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer vetoed a bipartisan bill on Friday that would have protected the elderly and vulnerable by banning COVID-19 patients from being quarantined in nursing homes.

“Protecting the health and safety of nursing home residents and their staff continues to be a top priority for my administration,” Governor Whitmer said while announcing her veto.

“Senate Bill 956 is nothing more than a political game that would relocate vulnerable seniors without any requirement for consent, doctor’s approval, or notification to patients and their families. It’s time for the Republican legislature to get serious about protecting our most vulnerable and addressing the public health and economic crisis faced by our state. We look forward to continuing our work with stakeholders and legislators on the task force to develop real solutions that make sense for Michigan seniors and their families,” she added.

Senate Republicans are firing back at Whitmer for her cruel and callous decision to veto the common sense legislation.

“In a mean-spirited move, Gov. Whitmer announced she vetoed a plan that would have prevented COVID-19 patients from entering our nursing homes,” they wrote.

While Michigan Republicans may be putting an effort toward pushing back against Whitmer, she is not likely to be held accountable until she is up for re-election in 2022.
