Republican Doctor and State Senator is Cleared of ‘Politically Motivated’ Complaints for Speaking Out Against COVID-19 Hysteria

The Minnesota Board of Medical Practice has cleared Republican State Senator and doctor Scott Jensen of complaints alleging that he spread misinformation for speaking against COVID-19 mass hysteria.
In an interview with the Minnesota News Network, Jensen said he was “gratified.” He added: “I appreciate the fact that the Board of Medical practice is doing what it is charged to do, but still, it hangs over your head like a black cloud until the decision is rendered.”
“I think maybe whoever did this maybe did a good thing in the long run because we’ve had quite a conversation and truly, we will have to look at the Board of Medical Practice and how wide are the guard rails in which they operate,” he said.
Jensen, who serves as the Vice Chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Finance and Policy committee, had made remarks about COVID-19 cases being over-reported, which is a fact, and for comparing COVID-19 death totals to influenza death totals. This resulted in complaints being filed against him, which Jensen believes are politically motivated.
“The Board has received complaints regarding public messages you made related to COVID-19. In accordance with Minnesota law, the Board is required to make inquiries into all complaints and reports wherein violations of the Medical Practice Act are alleged,” the Board announced last month.
Jensen refused to back down to these anonymous complains or admit any wrongdoing. He stood by his factually accurate statements throughout the investigation. Republican Senate leaders stood by Jensen as well.
“We are looking into whether or not the board is compelled to investigate every complaint or if they are choosing to investigate Dr. Jensen,” Senate Republican Majority Leader Paul Gazelka said last month after the bogus complaints were filed.
“Legislators should not have to fear regulators based on their speech. If the bureaucratic state can silence speech through investigations, we have very dark times ahead for our democracy,” he added.

A Michigan doctor has had his Metro Detroit clinic raided following allegations that he was “illegally” treating coronavirus patients with Vitamin C.
Dr. Charles Mok, who leads the Allure Medical Spa in Shelby Township, has been accused of committing health care fraud and conspiracy to commit health care fraud. He is being charged in federal court for these supposed crimes.
Mok is an advocate for treating coronavirus patients with Vitamin C in order to boost their immune systems while they fight off the virus. This has become a controversial notion, as hysteria proponents stand in the way of any treatment that does not involve forcing vaccine shots into millions of people.
Federal jackboots surrounded the Allure facility and raided it last week. They are claiming that his treatments do not qualify for Medicare reimbursements because they have not been rubber-stamped for approval by the Medical Mafia at the FDA. He is also being accused of conducting illegal vein treatment after all “non-essential businesses” were forced to close by an edict from Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
Mok announced on YouTube that “IV vitamin C is being used in hospitals across the country to treat the most advanced disease associated with COVID-19.” This may have prompted the feds to shut down his operation by brute force.
The doctors speaking out against the scamdemic like Sen. Jensen are the real heroes, while the doctors going along with the status quo are Big Pharma shills.
