RINOS MAD: Triggered Congressman Tries to Fight Matt Gaetz Over House Speaker Fiasco

A RINO Republican reportedly lunged at Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) during a closed door meeting of Republicans over his role in ousting Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) from the House Speakership.

Rep. Mike Bost (R-IL) attempted to physically accost Gaetz on Thursday as Republicans falter over attempts to put in a new Speaker of the House.

Gaetz was also reportedly verbally accosted by McCarthy, who is apparently butthurt that he was disgraced by Gaetz and will go down in the history books as perhaps the most reviled and least effective House Speaker in history.

On Thursday, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) indicated he would no longer pursue the House Speakership after being rejected on two votes. It is being proposed that the current interim speaker, Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), would serve in the role indefinitely as the Republican caucus is too divided and dysfunctional to deliver a consensus choice.

This has enraged conservatives in the House who believe that elevating McHenry is a betrayal to Republican voters.

“No Republican should under any circumstances support an unconstitutional elevation of power to an unelected Speaker, nor a highly dangerous coalition government arrangement with Democrats radically opposed to the America first agenda,” Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) wrote in a tweet.

“We shouldn’t be setting the precedent that this is the way we should elect a speaker,” House Freedom Caucus Chairman Scott Perry (R-PA) stated, adding that he will continue to support Jordan for speaker.

“I will not sit back and watch a complete betrayal of the GOP base with this ‘plan’ that’s being discussed,” Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) said. “I ran because I was sick and tired of politicians coming up here and cutting deals and releasing ‘holier than thou’ statements about why we just had to accept it.”

Big League Politics has reported on how some RINO Republicans in the House are looking to cut a deal with Democrats in order to make sure a conservative is not elected speaker:

Congressman Mike Rogers (R-AL) is running to the Democrats and begging for their help in getting a new House Speaker put into command after the recent ouster of disgraced loser Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Republicans have had major problems in replacing McCarthy, with Reps. Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) failing to garner the necessary support among their caucus to become Speaker. This has resulted in the cowardly Mike Rogers with his tail between his legs running to Democrats to beg for their help.

“We’re willing to work with them, but they gotta tell us what they need,” Rogers said, asking for House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY to bail his pathetic party out.

“To limit ourselves to just getting 217 out of our conference I think is not a wise path forward,” Rogers added, calling the Republicans who voted to hold McCarthy accountable “traitors” who “put us in this position” and “paralyzed” the House.

House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA) has indicated that Democrats are interested in inserting themselves into the process and getting more power working with RINO coward Republicans to select the next Speaker.

“That is going to be up to our caucus to make that decision, but our door is open,” she said.

“There are informal conversations that have been underway. When we get back to Washington tomorrow, it’s important to begin to formalize those discussions,” Jeffries stated during an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday.”

This embarrassing spectacle is great news for America First Republicans. It is showing just how vain, impotent and narcissistic that RINO Republicans are.
