Roger Stone is putting up a strong fight against prosecutors’ efforts to get a hearing over his Instagram posts, which the prosecution team claims is tantamount to violating his media gag order in the case.
Team Stone is not having it.
Here is the Stone team fighting back against the proposed hearing, pointing out that Stone was merely posting articles from OTHER sites including True Pundit and The Federalist.
The whole Stone case for process crimes — during a Mueller investigation in which NO RUSSIA COLLUSION was found — is totally corrupt and literally a Set-Up.
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report claimed that Mueller’s office could not locate Alexei Rasin, the Ukrainian who tried to sell supposed Hillary Clinton opposition research to Roger Stone alongside a Russian using the fake name “Henry Greenberg.”
Big League Politics located Alexei Rasin and spoke to him by phone. Rasin did not know that he was in the Mueller report. When told that he appeared in the report, Rasin said, “Wow, quite interesting.” He declined to be interviewed or to state whether or not Mueller ever contacted him.
Mueller clearly did not want to get to the bottom of the evidence that Stone was set up. Stone, who is now charged with process crimes in connection to the investigation, is under a gag order regarding his case. If Mueller had concluded that Stone was set up that could definitely change the Roger Stone criminal case.
Rasin met with Stone in May 2016 alongside Rasin’s associate “Henry Greenberg,” whose name is Gennadiy Vasilievich Vostretsov and who also goes by “Henry Oknyansky.” Greenberg/Vostretsov/Oknyansky was identified by Stone’s lawyer as a longtime FBI informant.
Mueller claimed he could not find Rasin during his investigation, even though Rasin has a current condo address in Naples, Florida, a mailbox address in North Miami, and recently appeared pro se in court to file bankruptcy on loans including a loan from the U.S. Department of Education. Rasin’s court date occurred in November 2017 while the Mueller investigation was active.
Mueller clearly did not make much of an effort to contact this mysterious figure who tried to sell Clinton research to Stone. Big League Politics located phone numbers and email addresses associated with this Ukrainian man after just minutes of research.
“Oknyansky was accompanied to the meeting by Alexei Rasin, a Ukrainian associate involved in Florida real estate. At the meeting, Rasin offered to sell Stone derogatory information on Clinton that Rasin claimed to have obtained while working for Clinton. Rasin claimed to possess financial statements demonstrating Clinton’s involvement in money laundering with Rasin’s companies. According to Oknyansky, Stone asked if the amounts in question totaled millions of dollars but was told it was closer to hundreds of thousands. Stone refused the offer, stating that Trump would not pay for opposition research,” the Mueller report states.
“The Office did not locate Rasin in the United States, although the Office confirmed Rasin had been issued a Florida driver’s license. The Office was otherwise unable to determine the content and origin of the information he purportedly offered to Stone. Finally, the investigation did not identify evidence of a connection between the outreach or the meeting and Russian interference efforts,” the Special Counsel writes in the Mueller report.
How could Mueller not locate Rasin?
Court documents show that Rasin was in bankruptcy court in the Southern District of Florida in Fort Lauderdale representing himself (pro se) filing for bankruptcy in November 2017.
Rasin signed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy on October 13, 2017.
“By way of example, as you know, back in June I sent this Committee a letter regarding a longtime FBI informant named Gennadiy Vasilievich Vostretsov who, under the alias “Henry Greenberg”, was sent to approach my client in May 2016 with claims of having access to information that could impact the election,” Stone’s attorney Grant Smith wrote in a letter to Rep. Devin Nunes prior to Stone’s arrest for alleged process crimes during the course of the Robert Mueller investigation.
“Mr. Stone not only immediately and forcefully declined to participate in anything this FBI informant was proposing, but never saw or spoke to the informant again. Mr. Stone believes it highly likely that Mr. Vostretsov/Greenberg’s status as an FBI informant was not “former”, and that Vostretsov/Greenberg was, in fact, actively working on behalf of the FBI at the time of their meeting, acting upon a calculated effort to entrap Mr. Stone and, further, to infiltrate and compromise the Trump effort. Notably, Vostretsov was admitted to the country nine separate times on an FBI Informant’s visa,” Smith writes on Stone’s behalf.
Leftists are Having a Meltdown Over Trump Potentially Winning Minnesota
Joshua Klein of Breitbart News reported on a leaked document that the conservative outlet obtained revealing a plan by radical leftist organizations to stoke up unrest in Minnesota after a potential Trump victory.
The group is gearing up for post-election disturbances and is planning to carry out “strategic disruption” on a large scale.
TakeAction Minnesota is leading the charge and is calling for leftists to get out on the streets according to a confidential document being passed around the group’s leadership. The document serves as an instruction manual for what leftists should do out on the streets in the next week.
“We believe that regardless of the strength of the Minnesota election system, mass mobilization will and must happen in Minnesota to defend democracy,” the leaked document stated.
“We expect that this mobilization will create space and opportunity for unrest, primarily in Minneapolis. In this context, the situation could rapidly spiral beyond control depending on the nature of the unrest and the State’s reaction.”
The group alluded to the right-wing, in addition to the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD), as potential actors who will incite or facilitate violence. In light of these facts, Minnesota leftist organizations must be ready for unrest according to the document’s advice.
“The possibility of right-wing violence is real, as is the possibility of MPD inciting or enabling violence,” the document declared. Further, it contended that the MPD is “either disengaged or instigating tension” since the “uprising” that kicked off in the aftermath of George Floyd.
TakeAction Minnesota was heavily involved in the mass movement after the death of George Floyd. They were one of the most vocal groups calling for the abolition of MPD and became a leader in the national push to “defund the police.” After the group made enough noise, a veto-proof majority of the Minneapolis City Council promised to dissolve the Police Department, while vowing to replace it with a new system of public safety.
Leftist groups in Minneapolis expect a wide range of possibilities on November 3 — unclear results, Trump refusing to accept the results, or a suspected case of election interference in the chance that Trump wins.
The document cites an alleged rise in “white nationalist organization and activity” which has generated “multiple nights of infiltrator terror that targeted Black and brown business corridors and nearby neighborhoods” during “the most recent uprisings.”
“It is possible Black churches may also become a target. St. Cloud and Duluth are also two cities to keep in mind given their proximity to large white nationalist geographies and demographic and ideological make-up,” the document cautioned. “Additionally, we know of white nationalist infiltration and organization at Greater Minnesota universities.”
One section titled “Theory of What Will Happen,” ends up predicting a contested election in Minnesota and other states. This section outlines the groups’ role to “support efforts by the State (led by the Governor, Attorney General and Secretary of State) to resolve the contest rapidly and to prevent right-wing vigilantes, with or without the support of local officials, from interfering with the certification of Minnesota’s electors by the ‘safe harbor’ date [December 8, the last day for states to resolve contested election results]” and “to prevent illegitimate Federal efforts to intervene on behalf of local right-wing groups.”
Should other states have disputed elections, the leftist organizations have vowed a swift response.
“Knowing that there may be energy to join nearby mass mobilizations, we may choose to host actions here to diminish the amount of out-of-state actors activating in that contest,” the document read. “For contests farther away, we will work to maintain public demand as asked to support their work and coordinated via national infrastructure.”
Election Day is quickly coming and Minnesota will be a key battleground state for people to watch. Trump barely lost it by 45,000 votes and as of now Biden is ahead by 48.0 to 43.3 on RealClearPolitics. Win or lose, Minnesota will remain a crucial state for a newly re-aligned GOP’s electoral strategy.
Trump must continue hammering away at his pro-law & order to ensure victory in this state and coast on to a resounding victory in the General Election.
