Seth Rich Investigator: My Report Will ‘Clear Up A Lot of Uncertainties’

Rod Wheeler, a private investigator who worked for the Seth Rich family, is in possession of what could be a definitive report on the murder of the slain Democratic staffer. But an attorney for the Rich family is fighting to keep the report secret, even though Rich’s father personally praised Wheeler’s work and spoke to him at length on a major night in the investigation, according to a separate source.
“I’m waiting for permission to release it,” Wheeler told Big League Politics Tuesday morning. “The Rich family attorney says they do not want it released. I believe the report will clear up a lot of uncertainties.”

Wheeler has stated that evidence exists showing that Rich communicated with Wikileaks prior to his death, and prior to Wikileaks’ release of damning internal DNC emails 12 days later.

The Rich family’s attorney Joseph Ingrisano sent Wheeler a cease and desist letter to prevent Wheeler from leaking his findings.
Ingrisano is a partner at the Kutak Rock law firm. His bio at the firm states that he “has extensive experience in the defense of broker-dealers, investment bankers, underwriting managers, insurance companies, corporate officers and attorneys as lead trial counsel and co-counsel in securities fraud class-actions, litigations and arbitrations throughout the nation, as well as in enforcement matters brought by the SEC and stock exchanges.”
A message left for Ingrisano at his firm was not returned by press time.
The Rich family is currently represented in the press by Democratic crisis communications consultant Brad Bauman, who was unaware that police body camera footage exists even after leading a charge to shut down Internet fact-finders who have come up with new information and advanced the story at every turn.
Ed Butowsky, who financed private investigations into the Rich case, revealed that Rich’s father praised Wheeler’s work.
“I interviewed three or four different private detectives,” Butowsky recently said on Andrew Wilkow’s radio program. “He [Rich’s father] said, my goodness that’s Rod Wheeler from Fox News. I like that guy.”
“There is a lot of news that is about to break…Everyone is going to have some answers real soon, and people are not going to feel good about it,” Butowsky said.
“Seth’s brother is very difficult for Rod to work with…I sure hope somebody would get a hold of Rod Wheeler and get what he has, because his work has led to what will be a conclusion here very very soon,” Butowsky added.
“When I first met Mr. Rich, he said this guy Bauman was assigned to us by the DNC,” Butowsky said, noting an 18-minute nighttime phone call between Rich’s father and Wheeler in which Rich’s father was highly complimentary of Wheeler’s work.
“There’s a lot more to it. Mr. and Mrs. Rich are wonderful people.”
“Brad Bauman wrote it,” Butowsky said, referring to a Washington Post op-ed from the Rich family imploring people to stop “politicizing” the murder.
“Mr. Rich wants to find out who killed his son,” Butowsky said.
Wheeler’s Facebook page shows him standing in Ferguson, Missouri with Jesse Jackson.

Married Lincoln Project Co-Founder John Weaver Accused of Grooming Young Men, Offering Jobs for Sex
Well this isn’t a good look.

John Weaver, political consultant and co-founder of The Lincoln Project, has been accused of being a sexual predator who targeted young men.
Conservative author and political commentator Ryan Girdusky piqued curiosity and set off widespread speculation after tweeting late Saturday afternoon that “one of the founding members of the Lincoln Project [offered] jobs to young men in exchange for sex,” adding that “his wife is probably interested” to hear about the allegations.
Maybe I should start talking about one of the founding members of the Lincoln Project offering jobs to young men in exchange for sex… his wife is probably interested https://t.co/vAtUS9aPPl

Although Girdusky did not post screenshots of Weaver’s predatory actions himself, saying he “worked with journalists and reached out to victims asking for them to speak up because it was their story, not mine,” several others spoke up about what they experienced and heard.
Twitter user @JoshPri68522288 was one of the first to speak up, tweeting that “I know who did it, because they did it to me. It was John Weaver.”
@_liberalproject also said that “Weaver used to follow me when I used my real name on here. Out of the blue he DM’d being pushy with personal questions and trying to flirt with me. After I didn’t go along with it, he unfollowed me and never DM’d me since.”

News of the impending allegations was also retweeted by Donald Trump Jr.
The longest Twitter thread on the accusations came from journalist Scott Stedman, who started a Twitter thread that begins as follows: “I don’t want to feed into Don Jr’s nonsense but I do want to tell a story. I followed John Weaver when I started my Twitter account. We exchanged messages, I sent him my stories, chatted about Russia, etc. He wrote a blurb for my book. He offered me some sort of “joint venture” which I wasn’t interested in, so I didn’t respond to his calls.”
Stedman continues: “One day, he DM’d me and said he had ‘advice’. He then proceeded to tell me how ‘hot’ I looked and commented on my profile picture and my hair. He started calling me ‘my boy’. I found it deeply uncomfortable.”
“What he said to me pales in comparison to others with whom Weaver communicated and countless others who have experienced much worse from people in power,” Stedman said.
And there could be much more where that came from…
For those asking why speaking up about this now: There are others, including some who reached out to me in recent days. Many many many many others, some afraid to say anything.

Neither The Lincoln Project nor it’s leadership have publicly commented on the accusations yet, including Weaver himself.
