SF Mayor & BLM Co-Founder Violated Health Orders, Partied in Bar Maskless

San Francisco Mayor London Breed was recently caught violating her own COVID-19 public health orders, with a Twitter post on Friday showing herself partying at a bar with Black Lives Matter Co-Founder Alicia Garza. Both Mayor Breed and BLM co-founder Garza were maskless, in violation of the San Francisco health order forcing masking indoors.
Breed is seen dancing on the left side of the video, with another Twitter post showing a picture of the mayor and Garza as well.
According to Yahoo News, when making comments to a reporter Breed insisted that she had been “very careful” throughout the pandemic, is vaccinated and gets tested regularly for COVID-19.
The San Francisco Mayor continued to offer no apologies and even made a point to remind the citizens of San Francisco that her draconian COVID-19 protocols still apply.
“The mayor was excited to be out and had an incredible night at the Black Cat, and wants to support small businesses. She was with friends at her table, not wearing a mask while eating and drinking and enjoying herself,” Breed’s office said in a statement to a local ABC affiliate. “She knows health orders are hard and asks everyone to do their best to follow them.”
Breed has seen controversy regarding her hypocrisy in the past, particularly when she followed the footsteps of California Governor Gavin Newsom by dining at the upscale French Laundry restaurant in Napa Valley in November 2020.
