Shocking: Over 335,000 Venezuelan Nationals Encountered by Border Patrol Officials

On February 22, 2024, Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin made a post on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, showcasing a recent migration trend that should send chills down patriotic Americans’ spines.
In the fiscal year of 2023, Melugin noted that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) only deported 834 Venezuelan nationals.
He tweeted, “Jaw-dropping ICE data: Only 834 Venezuelan nationals were deported in fiscal year 2023.”
Melugin provided some context to the influx of Venezuelan migrants over the last year:
Context: There were approx 335,000 Venezuelan nationals encountered in fiscal year 2023. Just over 201,000 of them were apprehended by Border Patrol after crossing illegally. The rest were encountered at ports of entry, which would include CBP One app paroles into the U.S.
Overall, Venezuela has been one of the latest countries that’s dumping migrants into the US. Its economic collapse and surging crime has propelled countless Venezuelan nationals to flood the US. On top of that, the Venezuelan regime has taken a page from Cuba’s Mariel boatlift policy to dump of the dregs of its society into the US much to the ostensive consternation of US leadership.
Melugin continued by observing:
Venezuela is another uncooperative country – Biden admin made some progress getting them to agree to some removal flights late last year, but those flights stopped in recent weeks.
Biden also redesignated Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans who arrived before July 31, 2023 – shielding around 470,000 of them from deportation.
Essentially, less than a drop in the bucket of Venezuelans are being removed.
The US migration crisis continues apace. It would be a mistake, however, to attribute this crisis to a natural movement of people. In fact, the present migration fiasco is the product of a concerted public policy effort to bring in millions migrants to satisfy the economic desires of big businesses addicted to cheap labor and anti-white activists who want to destroy the country’s white demographic core.
Truth be told, the only serious way to address this crisis is by restricting immigration.
Any public official who doesn’t put forward restrictionist measures is beyond useless and is only contributing to the country’s demographic decline.
