President Donald Trump is outclassing his Democrat opponents on this fourteenth day of the government shutdown.
The president is inviting Democrat leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi back to the White House. This after the Democrats interrupted Homeland Security chief Kirstjen Nielsen, cutting off an important national security briefing on the southern border crisis to talk about their bill, which does not build the Wall.
House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy revealed Schumer’s shutdown of Nielsen in his remarks outside the White House after the first meeting, where he stood with onetime shooting victim Steve Scalise.
The Republicans have been standing strong, with strength, resilience, and confidence in the face of the Democratic Party being exposed.
