Snowflakes With Guns: Antifa Form Armed Militia, Release Hilarious ‘Training Day’ Footage
A group of Arizona-based antifa have formed an armed militia to “stand against capitalism,” and “white supremacy.”
Late last month, the group released an unintentionally comical video showcasing their “training day.”
“John Brown Gun Club is a branch of Redneck Revolt, a national network working to stem the tide of reactionary recruitment within white working class communities, fight white supremacy, & build liberatory community defense,” the description on the video reads.
In the footage, the corny leftists shoot targets featuring Pepe, the cartoon frog meme, dressed as a Nazi.
In February, the group held a blockade outside an ICE center in Phoenix in an attempt to prevent ,Guadalupe García de Rayos, an illegal immigrant, from being transported and deported.
The group’s antics were unsuccessful, and the woman was deported for using a fake social security number.
The Phoenix John Brown Gun Club has previously formed a coalition with the Arizona Brown Berets to open carry at a pro-Donald Trump rally last year.
“We must defend these targeted communities at all costs. We will not merely watch as our co-workers, neighbors, friends, and families are stolen from us, murdered, deported, arrested without cause, disappeared, and brutalized. We have far more in common with a migrant or refugee or black co-worker than we ever will with a billionaire politician, and we will fight like hell to protect them,” the militia said in a statement following the event in March.
The Brown Berets are an organization founded on the ideals of Chicano Nationalism, according to their own description on their Facebook page.
Following antifa being humiliated during their petulant riots in Berkeley, California, members of an anarchism sub-Reddit began calling for their comrades to take up arms, citing the John Brown Gun Club as inspiration.
“Not getting disarmed is a big part of the problem, yes, but we need more than flags and bats. We need to take notes from the John Brown Gun Club and get firearms and training. I know getting firearms in states and cities we have a presence in is usually a hassle, but even handguns would help. It would certainly put a psychological element in while holding fash back. Who do you think a fascist is more afraid of? People with only flags and bats, or people with flags, bats, and guns?” Reddit-user The_Great_Cornlord wrote.
