Supreme Court Will Hear Big Social Media Censorship Case

The United States Supreme Court will now take on the Missouri v. Biden case.  This case involves the Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana taking on the Biden regime for its alleged advocacy for  censorship on social media platforms. Specifically, this case deals with discussions concerning the Wuhan virus and matters concerning elections.

Dan Frieth of Reclaim the Net observed that the court ultimately decided to hear the case after the Biden regime requested for a stay “on an injunction against its online censorship pressure.”

Justice Samuel Alito, who was joined by fellow Justices Gorsuch and Thomas, dissented on the request for a stay.

Jenin Younes, an attorney who works for the New Civil Liberties Association and is working on this case,  said the following:

We look forward to vindicating the 1st Amendment rights of our clients, and all Americans, in the nation’s highest court.

Indeed, the Biden regime is pushing the envelope when it comes to its efforts to destroy basic civil liberties. It’s now trying to use its coercive powers to turn social media platforms into privatized enforcers of its free speech-destroying agenda. Such a development is unique to the US, where there are strong free protections against government intrusion. As a result, petty tyrants must use the private sector to work around traditional free speech protections.

This type of collusion must be stopped in its tracks if we want any semblance of free speech to be preserved in our lifetime.
