Suspected Illegal Alien is Accused of Raping 10-Year-Old Ohio Girl Who Traveled to Indiana for Abortion

A 27-year-old suspected illegal alien has been charged with raping of a 10-year-old Ohio girl who allegedly needed to travel to Indiana to get an abortion.
Big League Politics reported on the viral story that was offered to the public without evidence. Authorities have accused Gershon Fuentes, who is believed to be undocumented, of committing the rape of the 10-year-old girl. Strangely, he was not held without bond despite allegedly admitting to committing the heinous crime against the 10-year-old girl on multiple occasions.
Fuentes’ DNA is being tested against samples from the fetal issue after the baby was killed in Indianapolis. Detective Jeffrey Huhn said Columbus law enforcement was made aware of the girl’s pregnancy on June 22. She reportedly had the baby aborted on June 30 in Indianapolis.
Previously, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost had expressed concern regarding the lack of evidence of the story. This seemingly prompted the investigation and the arrest.
“We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs — not a whisper anywhere,” Yost said during an appearance on Fox News.
“I know the cops and prosecutors in this state,” he added. “There’s not one of them that wouldn’t be turning over every rock, looking for this guy and they would have charged him. They wouldn’t leave him loose on the streets … I’m not saying it could not have happened. What I’m saying to you is there is not a damn scintilla of evidence.”

“According to a new report by the Washington Times, the Biden administration has substantially slashed the number of illegal alien arrests that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) typically carries out.
Due to the Biden administration’s “sanctuary country” orders implemented in February, there have been 75% fewer “priority” arrests, and arrests the administration deems “non-priority” have been cut by over 80% compared to the same time frame in 2020.
John Binder of Breitbart News detailed some of the reductions in illegal alien arrests:
Specifically, those “non-priority” arrests of illegal aliens by ICE have been cut from 17,810 at the beginning of 2020 to just 3,306 arrests in the first seven weeks of the Biden administration.
In the case of violent illegal aliens, Binder also listed off some truly remarkable declines in arrests:
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with homicide cut by 17 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with sexual assault cut by 22 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with burglary cut by 60 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with drunk driving cut by 71 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens considered security threats cut by 42 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with immigration crimes cut by 54 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with kidnapping cut by 40 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with gun crimes cut by 30 percent
“The Biden [administration’s] immigration policies are undoubtedly endangering Americans,” Jon Feere, a former ICE official, declared in a tweet.
Furthermore, the number of illegal aliens in ICE custody has been sharply slashed.”
This case of a 10-year-old girl needing an interstate abortion seems to be a rare instance in which the organized Left was telling the truth. If immigration law were enforced, the girl would likely never have been victimized by her alleged rapist. The blood is once again on the hands of the Democrats in this tragic case.
