Texas Governor Greg Abbott Suggest that NYC Mayor Sue Biden Regime Instead of Bus Companies

On January 7, 2024, Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared during a Fox News interview that New York City Mayor Eric Adams should file a lawsuit against President Joe Biden as opposed to the bus companies sending illegal aliens from Texas to NYC.

“The mayor sued the wrong party,” Abbott proclaimed during the interview with Fox News’ Shannon Bream. “If the mayor is really trying to cut down on the number of illegal immigrants coming into New York, he needs to be suing Joe Biden, not these bus companies.”

On top of that, Abbott posited that the lawsuit has a flimsy legal basis. “And the mayor is going to lose very badly because of this specific reason,” he proclaimed. “Everybody who is bused to or planed to New York is already authorized by the Biden Administration to be within the United States legally.”

Abbott also called attention to how the lawsuit infringes on the US Constitution and he expects that Adams is compelled to pay all legal fees brought about by an individual who has to defend themselves against the lawsuit.

Adams filed the lawsuit back on January 4, which takes aim at 17 charter bus companies to provide compensation for all the expenses NYC has incurred as a consequence of the illegal aliens sent from Texas to the Big Apple.

Thus far, the NYC government is looking for $708 million in compensation.

In a video where the lawsuit was announced, Adams sharply criticized Abbott’s busing policy. “We cannot bear the cost of reckless political ploys from the state of Texas alone,” he proclaimed.

Adams added, “Today, our administration filed a lawsuit against 17 companies that have taken part in Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s scheme to transport tens of thousands of migrants to New York City in an attempt to overwhelm our social services system.”

In this lawsuit, some of the notable companies being sued include as follows:

Among the companies mentioned in the lawsuit are Buckeye Coach, Carduan Tours, Classic Elegance Coaches, Coastal Crew Change Company, Ejecutivo Enterprises Inc., and El Paso United Charters.

Abbott is correct to take Adams to task for this lawsuit theater. The undeniable fact is that this current migrant crisis is the product of the Biden regime’s lax border and interior immigration enforcement policies. It’s really that simple.

Any other scapegoat for the US’s present problems is simply missing the mark.

With respect to Texas, the Lone Star State needs to start strongly considering pursuing some degree of autonomy from the feds when it comes to immigration. At this point, it’s abundantly clear that the federal government is derelict in its immigration enforcement functions.

In light of this, Texas needs to start building a parallel immigration enforcement apparatus to not only ensure that it remains competitive for Republicans but to also preserve the Historic America Nation’s ethnic stock.
