Texas Republicans Push Legislation During Special Session That Bans Transgender Abuse of Children

Texas Republican lawmakers have introduced legislation during special session to ban the transgender abuse of children, which has made the LGBT movement very very angry.

The legislation, SB28, will redefine transgender indoctrination of kids as child abuse and ban the “administering or supplying, or consenting to or assisting in the administration or supply of, a puberty suppression prescription drug or cross-sex hormone to a child, other than an intersex child, for the purpose of gender transitioning or gender reassignment.”

The bill also defines “performing or consenting to the performance of surgery or another medical procedure on a child, other than an intersex child, for the purpose of gender transitioning or gender reassignment” as abuse.

This has compelled outrage on the part of LGBTQI*+ ideologues:

Big League Politics has reported on the case of 7-year-old James Younger, a young Texan who has been given to his mother despite the fact that she is coercing James to believe he is a girl and hopes he undergoes genital mutilation:

A Texas judge has given full custody of 7-year-old James Younger to her mother after she vowed to drug and mutilate the child against the wishes of the father.

Dallas District Court Judge Mary Brown granted full custody of James to Anne Georgulas in an order issued on Tuesday, giving her control over all of James’ activities. She is also permitted by the court to withhold information from the boy’s father, Jeff Younger, “regarding the children’s extracurricular activities, school functions, school enrollment, counseling, and medical care.”

“The prior orders that Ms. Georgulas must notify Mr. Younger of doctor’s, counseling, or mental health appointments, or extracurricular activities for the children are lifted. In an effort to ensure the emotional well-being and physical safety of the children, the court orders that all of Mr. Younger’s possession periods shall be continuously supervised by Forensic Counseling Services . . . at Mr. Younger’s sole cost and expense,” the court decided.

Supposedly, James will be protected from being subjected to puberty blockers, hormone-suppression therapy or transgender reassignment surgery without dual parental consent in the order. But with his mother in his ear constantly goading James and encouraging delusions of gender dysphoria, his safety is in serious danger.

“This is not about the child’s gender issues,” Georgulas’ attorney Jessica Janicek said. “This is just a high-conflict custody case, and you’re going to hear a lot of issues with regards to Jeff’s parenting abilities.”

“To downplay that this is but for the gender issue is absolutely misleading and wrong. This is all about the gender issue in this case. And it’s about the parents’ ability to cope with and deal with this situation,” Younger’s attorney David Hanschen said.”

In addition to the bill banning LGBT child abuse, Texas attorney general Ken Paxton is suing the federal government to keep transgender predators out of opposite bathrooms as their birth sex, and there is additional active legislation protecting young female athletes from being forced to compete against mentally-ill transgenders.

Texas is doing a great job of finally pushing back against LGBT insanity.
