Trump Fights Back Against Phony J6 Lawsuits; His Actions Were Presidential

45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, is still currently facing lawsuits over the phony “insurrection” which allegedly took place at the Capitol on January 6th 2021. Although the entire situation is a total sham and the lawsuit should’ve been dismissed, Trump and his legal team are still making very convincing and factual arguments. According to the former President and his lawyer, Jesse Binnall, Donald Trump cannot be held accountable for anything that happened on January 6th due to the fact he was operating on official Presidential business.

According to the 1982 Supreme Court case Nixon v. Fitzgerald, the President has absolute immunity from liability for civil damages arising from any official action taken while in office. So according to the legal team, President Trump was taking official action of his office, and is therefore immune from any liability for those actions. “Executive immunity must be broad,” said Binnall.

President Trump faces 3 suits led by 2 police officers (James Blassingame and Sidney Hemby) and multiple Democratic Congressmen, including Eric Swalwell and Jerry Nadler. The plaintiffs argue that President Trump is liable for any injuries to police officers or lawmakers on that fateful day, and thus he must pay the price. But is Trump really liable? Not backing down, President Trump and his attorneys maintain the defense of executive immunity, and if you really think about it, the claim really does make sense.

While some of the plaintiffs have argued that Trump’s actions on January 6th were a campaign, a political rally, or even a KKK-style act of intimidation, this is clearly not the case. Any 3rd grader can tell you the job of the executive branch; to enforce the laws of our nation and lead us. President Trump, being the top executive official in the United States at the time, had to bring some accountability back to this country. All throughout November and December we had seen video by video pouring in of pure evidence that the 2020 Presidential Election was fraudulent and stolen. This was quite literally an illegal and illegitimate coup against the dually elected leader of our nation, President Trump.

But when America’s favorite President called out this outrageous steal, he was stabbed in the back by Republican politicians, discovering just how deep ‘The Swamp’ really is. At this point, with crime running rampant and a tyrannical legislature effectively operating unchecked, President Trump’s only option was to mobilize and gather the greatest force in his possession, the American people.

Even in 2022, we are still seeing more and more evidence pouring out supporting the well known fact that the 2020 Presidential Election was, in fact, stolen from rightful President Donald J. Trump. Big League Politics reported last week new details about Democrat operatives in Flint, MI forging ballots in order to throw Joe Biden over the top. It becomes more and more evident each day that President Trump was only trying to faithfully execute the duties of his office and uphold his oath to the constitution. The President is supposed to enforce the law, and Trump’s famous January speech was a part of his Presidential duty, rendering these lawsuits completely and beyond any doubt, invalid.
