Unnamed Officer Who Killed Ashli Babbitt Dead in U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 WILL NOT BE CHARGED
The unnamed black officer who shot Ashli Babbit dead in a gruesome scene inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 will not be charged for any crime.
The individual, whose identity is still being protected by authorities, can be seen with a mask on pointing the gun at Babbit, who was unarmed. The usual standards that are applied to drug dealers and thugs killed by officers, regularly prompting society-wide orgies of violence as a response, have been waived for Babbit because she was a patriotic Trump-supporting Air Force veteran.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced they were closing the investigation in a press release issued on Wednesday.
“The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice will not pursue criminal charges against the U.S. Capitol Police officer involved in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt,” the DOJ announced.
“Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy. Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” they added.
The DOJ surmised that because she joined a peaceful protest and entered a public facility, before breaching a sensitive area, the officer’s actions were insufficient to warrant criminal charges.
“The investigation determined that, on January 6, 2021, Ms. Babbitt joined a crowd of people that gathered on the U.S. Capitol grounds to protest the results of the 2020 presidential election… The investigation further determined that Ms. Babbitt was among a mob of people that entered the Capitol building and gained access to a hallway outside “Speaker’s Lobby,” which leads to the Chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives,” the press release stated.
“Specifically, the investigation revealed no evidence to establish that, at the time the officer fired a single shot at Ms. Babbitt, the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber,” they stated.
Big League Politics has reported on other Jan. 6 protesters being brutalized while incarcerated, as the weight of the system comes down upon Trump supporters:
“The prison guards tasked with taking care of pro-Trump patriots arrested after Jan. 6’s demonstration in and around the U.S. Capitol are instituting a racist terror regime on the patriots, their lawyers claim.
Trump supporters have been treated like murderers, rapists and thugs by a culture openly discriminatory against them for their pro-American beliefs. This is what real institutional discrimination looks like.
“Myself and others involved in the Jan. 6 incident are scared for their lives, not from each other but from correctional officers,” said Ronald Sandlin, one of the defendants being charged for allegedly participating in the Capitol riot. “I don’t understand how this is remotely acceptable.”
Sandlin claimed he was being subjected to “mental torture” and another defendant, Ryan Samsel “was severely beaten by correctional officers, [is now] blind in one eye, has a skull fracture and detached retina.” He told a horrific story of how 60-year-old Richard Barnett was targeted with racist attacks by black prison guards.
According to Sandlin, Barnett was targeted by black prison guards who said to him: “I hate all white people and your honky religion.” This savage response is likely due to a relentless fake news media campaign painting the pro-Trump patriots as “white supremacists” and “neo-Nazis” without evidence.
“There is a pattern of abuse and of targeting of the defendants who are being held pursuant to what happened on Jan. 6,” said attorney Joseph McBride of New York, who is defending Barnett in the court of law. “It is targeted. It is ruthless. It is nonstop.”
The attorney of Samsel said that their client is virtually unrecognizable due to the thuggery inflicted on them.”
The cultural coup to overthrow the American Republic is nearly complete, and such globalist powers just cannot allow patriots like Babbitt to be granted one iota of the martyrization routinely offered hardened criminals that die while resisting arrest for real crimes.
