Several races have been called during the pst half hour of Tuesday night in favor of Republican candidates.

Republican Marsha Blackburn won a Senate seat in Tennessee over Phil Bredesen. She will be the fist female Senator from Tennessee.

Rep. Andy Barr (R-Ky.) held his seat in a against a tough Democratic challenger.

Republican Mike Braun ousted incumbent Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.) in a landslide.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has a 5 percentage point lead over challenger Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke at the time of this publication.
