Vote Fraud Whistleblower Calls on Charges to be Dropped for Non-Violent Protesters at Jan. 6 Capitol Demonstration

Vote fraud whistleblower Matt Braynard, who produced a comprehensive statistical analysis showing that election fraud occurred against President Trump last year, has issued a letter demanding for charges to be dropped against non-violent protesters who attended the Jan. 6 demonstration at the U.S. Capitol that turned violent.

Braynard released the letter as part of his Look Ahead America campaign. It is addressed to FBI and DOJ agents who are looking to make examples of Trump supporters in order to expand the war on terror in the homeland.

“I am writing to request that you drop all charges against non-violent protesters from the January 6th rally at the U.S. Capitol,” Braynard wrote to the deep state spooks.

“There is no excuse for violence or destruction of property, and I support the prosecution of those individuals who engaged in such activity. However, we do not support the Biden Administration using those few bad apples as an excuse to persecute the peaceful Trump supporters who entered the Capitol with selective prosecutions based on their political beliefs,” he continued.

Braynard is trying to head off another federal witch hunt at the pass and stop more prosecutorial abuses that will only divide the country and further inflame tensions.

“The FBI has arrested over 150 protesters over the events of January 6th,” Braynard explained. “The vast majority of those were not engaged in violence or looting but charged with “Unlawful entry of a restricted building” or “disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.” These charges require a “mens rea” (mental state) of “knowingly entering” a federal building without permission.”

“Many of the protesters who entered the Capitol reasonably believed they had permission. As videos show, police officers opened the protective fencing around the Capitol and stood aside as crowds entered the building. While some of these men and women should have known better, the majority of them were political neophytes who simply viewed this as an extension of a peaceful protest,” he added.

Less than a week after the infamous U.S. Capitol siege took place, many conservative talking heads – perhaps in an attempt to protect President Donald Trump from the nuclear fall-out – are claiming that ANTIFA terrorists were responsible for the mayhem that ultimately resulted in five people dead…

However, investigative work by Big League Politics shows that there is no real evidence showing that this event was promulgated or set up by ANTIFA and the political establishment.

In fact, there is more evidence showing that this was a spontaneous uprising of angry patriots who have been pushed past the breaking point.

As a reporter who was embedded in the thick of the chaotic scene, I personally witnessed protesters singing “God Bless America” and “I’m Proud to be an American” while they were being tear gassed and flash banged by authorities.

Protesters were risking life and limb to climb up scaffolding to wave the American flag and boldly display their patriotism. Chants included “USA! USA!” and “We the People,” with constitutional iconography being found everywhere.

While Braynard’s letter is written truthfully and is an admirable defense of the patriots who organized against voter fraud peacefully on Jan. 6, it will likely be ignored by a deep state governed by an illegitimate administration.
