Washington State Gave COVID-19 Relief to Social Justice Groups Working to Get Violent Criminals Back on the Streets

The state of Washington has funneled substantial COVID-19 relief funds into the coffers of social justice groups that spread propaganda to demonize white Americans and get criminal thugs back on the streets.

Jason Rantz of 770 KTTH reported about the troubling expenditures that show how COVID-19 was little more than a scam exploited by Democrats to enrich and empower themselves even if it meant putting millions of Americans into a fear-induced stupor to do so.

The state Department of Commerce under the jurisdiction of left-wing bureaucrat Lisa Brown was supposed to “distribute COVID relief funds equitably to the communities hardest hit by the pandemic.” However, racial and social justice considerations took precedence over need.

One organization that received COVID relief funds was Collective Justice, an anti-white Marxist front that attempts to get violent felons back on the streets. The infamously anti-Israel group, the Council on American-Islamic Relations of Washington, received $50,000 despite already having a massive budget.

The Bail Project Spokane also received $50,000 in COVID relief. This organization bails out individuals, including violent extremists engaging in riots, to get them back on the streets as quickly as possible. Their major policy goal is to end cash bail completely. They may have received the funds under false pretenses as well, with state paperwork claiming the organization is a “small startup” despite having an operating budget of $25 million in 2018 and $15 million in 2019.

Rantz believes that left-wing bureaucrats in Washington state have been using the COVID relief monies as a glorified slush fund.

“The Washington Equity Relief Fund seems as much about rewarding some nonprofits for their political activism, as it was about helping them cope with COVID interference,” he wrote.

“That they hand-picked “reviewers” to go over applications with an eye toward racial diversity, but not ideological diversity, is instructive. Their bias ensures that certain groups will get preferential treatment, even after their anti-bias training,” Rantz added.

Big League Politics has reported on how COVID funds have been used to enrich Democrat cronies while small businesses suffer:

Bailout funding for schools, colleges and universities is slated to take up a sizable portion of the second coronavirus stimulus package’s net cost.

Analysis from the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget places the total price tag of the stimulus’ education component at $82 billion dollars. That’s just under half of the total spending on coronavirus stimulus checks of $600.

Almost a quarter of the total education funding is delegated to grants for institutions of higher education, namely colleges and universities, with $20 billion earmarked for such purposes.

The funds being spent on education bailouts make up almost half of the price being spent on direct relief payments to American taxpayers. Theoretically, the paltry $600 relief check could be buffed to $900 per recipient if the education funding was repurposed.

The COVID-19 scamdemic has allowed every bad globalist actor to enrich themselves immeasurably. The damage done to the American psyche as a result of this cruel hoax may be irreversible.
