WATCH OUT! Fauci Says ‘Pretty Bad Flu Season’ May Be Imminent

Anthony has come to say get your ‘Fauci ouchies’! After being slated to receive the largest federal retirement package ever with an annual payout of $350,000 a year, disgraced director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and chief medical adviser to White House occupant Joe Biden Dr. Anthony Fauci came out of the woodworks to warn Americans that the nation is slated to face a “pretty bad flu season” this year.

“We should be prepared for that superimposed upon what I hope is the residual and not another spike of COVID,” Fauci told Bloomberg. “We better pay attention.”

Fauci has been a huge subject of controversy among many Americans for what many describe as a botched response in handling the global outbreak of Covid-19. Some suggest he may have known more about the impending pandemic than he let on, often pointing to a video of the NIAID head in October of 2019 discussing a potential plan to force citizens to adopt a new type of mRNA technology. The talk addtionally featured discussions of a novel avian virus escaping out of China and was filmed months before the Covid-19 lockdowns that began in March of 2020.

Although he still intends to pursue retirement, Fauci made it very clear that he has every intention of continuing to show his face in public life.

“I’m not going to re-establish my laboratory, but I will be advising from a scientific standpoint because I do have a lot of experience in vaccinology and in HIV,” he said to Bloomberg. “I will be making input probably in advisory panels and on boards of scientific councils and things like that to go for a vaccine.”

Numerous Republican leaders have stated that Fauci leaving his post will not exonerate him from being investigated for his role in the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Dr. Fauci lost the trust of the American people when his guidance unnecessarily kept schools closed and businesses shut while obscuring questions about his knowledge on the origins of COVID,” wrote House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

“He owes the American people answers. A @HouseGOP majority will hold him accountable.”

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul echoed similar sentiments, promising Fauci will be brought before the legal system.

“Fauci’s resignation will not prevent a full-throated investigation into the origins of the pandemic. He will be asked to testify under oath regarding any discussions he participated in concerning the lab leak,” Sen. Rand Paul posted online.
