WTF: Joe Biden Says That ‘The Only Person Calling to Defund the Police is Donald Trump’

Democrat presidential contender Joe Biden’s mental faculties have waned considerably, so much so that it is difficult to determine whether he is consciously lying or merely spewing incoherent babble non-voluntarily.

A great example of this phenomenon can be seen here, in which Biden suggests that it is Trump who wants to defund the police:

“I not only don’t want to defund the police. I’m the one calling for $300 billion, million, dollars more for local police, for community policing. I also think we should add social workers and psychologists to help police on 911 calls,” Biden said.

Biden seemed to make somewhat of a cogent point in his remarks, arguing disingenuously that President Trump wants to cut police funding because he has proposed federal budget cuts in the past.

“The only person calling to defund the police is Donald Trump. Look at his budget. He calls for cutting police funding for state and local help by $400 million. Once again, he’s pathological,” Biden said.

Biden has used this talking point in the past, arguing that because Trump called for a cut to the federal COPS Hiring Program, it is actually the president who wants to defund police.

“So the only guy that actually put in a bill to actually defund the police is Donald Trump,” Biden said last month.

However, Biden’s running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), has explicitly endorsed the Black Lives Matter racial dominance uprising that regularly calls for an end to police.

During a recent appearance on Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Harris warned Americans that the left-wing shock troops “aren’t going to stop” and is urging for “everyone” to “beware” of the ongoing terror rampage gripping the nation.

“They’re not going to stop. This is a movement. I’m telling you they’re not going to stop, and everyone beware because they are not going to stop. They’re not going to stop before election day in November, and they’re not going to stop after election day, and everyone should take note of that on both levels that they’re not going to let up, and they should not, and we should not,” Harris said.

Harris also supported a bail fund that got rioters “charged with murder, violent felonies, and sex crimes” back on the Minneapolis streets to commit more violent crime as the city was being razed.

While Biden may not want to defund the police, his entire campaign and agenda has been hijacked by left-wing radicals – regardless of whether he is aware of that fact or not.
