Abortion Whistleblower Fights for Crucial Evidence Showing How Parts From Live Babies are Harvested to Be Displayed at Jury Trial

A pro-life whistleblower is fighting for key evidence showing how parts from live babies are harvested by the abortion industry to be displayed to the jury during their upcoming trial.
David Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, has been under attack by the state of California for nearly a decade since going undercover to expose the human trafficking industry that hides in plain sight making money from the wholesale murder of babies enabled by Roe v. Wade.
“The state of California is criminalizing investigative journalism, and attempting to suppress evidence that would exculpate Mr. Daleiden from these groundless charges,” Daleiden attorneys Steve Cooley and Siannah Collado said last week.
Daleiden’s legal team issued a filing in which they demanded for testimony from former Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas to be included in the trial. Rackauckas allegedly found that Planned Parenthood and connected businesses had been engaging in infanticide, partial-born abortion, and battery against abortion patients in addition to the trafficking of body parts discovered in Daleiden’s earth-shattering expose.
“Mr. Rackauckas’ testimony would be extremely relevant to Mr. Daleiden’s credibility and character concerning his search for violent crimes,” the filing states.
“In addition, there is probably no greater expert on what constitutes evidence of all crimes than the five-term district attorney of Orange County, Tony Rackauckas,” the filing continues, in which they accuse the California attorney general of essentially placing a “gag order at trial concerning testimony and public statements.”
“The [attorney general] wants this case presented as if [National Abortion Foundation] policies and procedures transformed the entire St. Francis Hotel into a private confessional, such that every word uttered by any attendee was confidential without regard to the facts and intentions surrounding the conversations between the Does and the defendants,” the filing states.

“A federal judge has ordered pro-life whistleblowers to pay Planned Parenthood $13.6 million in damages after releasing video of executives in the abortion industry boasting about how they sell fetal parts for big money.
The ruling was made by U.S. District Judge William Orrick III, an appointee to the bench by former president Barack Hussein Obama, on Tuesday. It applies to David Daleiden and his associates at the Center for Medical Progress (CMP). Orrick believes that Daleiden and CMP violated the privacy rights of Planned Parenthood and their affiliates to cut up little babies and sell their body parts without the public being aware of their operation.
Daleiden and his supporters are appealing the verdict to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Previously, a jury determined that Daleiden and CMP violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) by videoing Planned Parenthood executives in their own words cavalierly discussing choping up little babies and selling their tissue for big profits.
Daleiden said during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight that Orrick is “is actually the founder of a Planned Parenthood of Northern California clinic in San Francisco.”
“Planned Parenthood, very intentionally and very strategically and with a lot of gamesmanship, filed this case specifically to get it in San Francisco in front of Judge William Orrick, who is an Obama appointee, who was a bundler for the Obama campaign for hundreds of thousands of dollars, is best friends with Tom Steyer,” Daleiden added.“
The elites in control of America are openly satanic, and if they do not murder babies in the womb, they will pervert them and try to turn them transgender after they are born.
