BIG BROTHER: Reddit Bans r/TheDonald in Censorship Crackdown Across Entire Platform
The social media platform Reddit announced on Monday that they are banning r/TheDonald and many other prominent channels for alleged hate speech violations in a massive censorship crackdown.
In addition to r/TheDonald, Reddit will also be removing r/ChapoTrapHouse and over 2,000 other channels from their platform. Reddit is sanitizing their platform before this year’s U.S. general election, and they are making sure information is as tightly controlled as possible. They are doing this supposedly at the behest of Black Lives Matter activists who complained that Reddit was not doing enough to censor the voices of their opposition.
“I have to admit that I’ve struggled with balancing my values as an American, and around free speech and free expression, with my values and the company’s values around common human decency,” Reddit CEO Steve Huffman said in a call with reporters.
Huffman claimed that users on r/TheDonald promoted content that the platform wants to suppress, so the entire community must go.
“The community has consistently hosted and upvoted more rule-breaking content than average (Rule 1), antagonized us and other communities (Rules 2 and 8), and its mods have refused to meet our most basic expectations,” Huffman said.
The new terms of service for Reddit contains a great deal of gibberish that could easily be used to toss all speech arbitrarily deemed offensive to the left-wing mob off the platform:
Remember the human. Reddit is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and people that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned.
Despite banning one of the most prominent pro-Trump sub-reddits from his platform, Huffman deployed Orwellian double-speak in an attempt to stupefy the masses into accepting his decision.
“Political speech continues to be safe,” Huffman said. “But all communities, including our political communities, have to abide by our policies. And while we will do everything we can to help bring them in line, if they fail in doing so they are not allowed on Reddit.”
This move is likely part of the coordinated conspiracy among Big Tech firms to impact the results of this November’s U.S. presidential election. The electoral interference campaign is meant to put former vice president Joe Biden into the oval office, regardless of the will of the voters.
Big League Politics has reported on how Google executives were caught bragging about the plan to sabotage Trump in footage obtained by Project Veritas:
Investigative journalist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas has released hidden camera videos showing a Google executive explaining how preventing Trump and similar leaders is at the top of the monolithic corporation’s list of priorities.
“Elizabeth Warren is saying we should break up Google. And like, I love her but she’s very misguided, like that will not make it better it will make it worse, because all these smaller companies who don’t have the same resources that we do will be charged with preventing the next Trump situation, it’s like a small company cannot do that,” said Jen Gennai, who works as Google’s Head of Responsible Innovation.
Project Veritas notes that Gennai is in charge of the division of Google that is responsible for implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. This includes making sure that political outcomes unfavorable for liberals cannot be reached.
“We all got screwed over in 2016, again it wasn’t just us, it was, the people got screwed over, the news media got screwed over, like, everybody got screwed over so we’re rapidly been like, what happened there and how do we prevent it from happening again,” Gennai added.
“We’re also training our algorithms, like, if 2016 happened again, would we have, would the outcome be different?” she asked.
Gennai is proud of her organization’s push for thought control, and the “Machine Learning Fairness” guidelines that have been introduced following Donald Trump’s presidential victory over Hillary Clinton in 2016.
“The reason we launched our A.I. principles is because people were not putting that line in the sand, that they were not saying what’s fair and what’s equitable so we’re like, well we are a big company, we’re going to say it,” Gennai said.
The Draconian censorship will only continue to ramp up heading into November, with seemingly all Big Tech apparatchiks being complicit in the conspiracy to undermine U.S. elections.
