BIG BROTHER TECH: Tommy Robinson Banned From Twitter

Being critical of Islam is now a crime apparently.

Anti-radical Islam and free speech crusader Tommy Robinson’s Twitter account with over 400,000 followers was banned without any reasoning early Wednesday morning. Caolan Robertson, a close contact of Robinson stated that Twitter has not even given him a chance to appeal the ban.

Robinson has been in the news a lot in recent weeks. Most notably he made waves by reading a speech that Austrian Identitarian leader Martin Sellner was planning on reading in Britain, but was banned from the country before he could do so.

This is not the first time that Robinson’s account has been punished on Twitter. Earlier this month he received a temporary suspension for stating a fact relating to Muslim grooming gangs in Europe. The Tweet read: “90% of grooming gang convictions are Muslims”.

It is unclear if he will get his Twitter account back. Here at Big League Politics we fully stand with Tommy Robinson’s right to free speech.

UPDATE: Robinson has released a response video, you can see below.
