CONFIRMED: Trump Will NOT Sit Down With Mueller

President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani said that the president does not have to comply with a subpoena that some think would compel him to testify in front of Robert Mueller.

“The president will not sit down for an interview because this investigation has reached a level of bad faith,” said Joseph diGenova, one of President Donald Trump’s attorneys in an interview on Fox News Sunday.

Rudy Giuliani echoed this sentiment.

“We don’t have to” comply, Giuliani said in an interview on ABC News. “He’s the president of the United States. We can assert the same privileges other presidents have.”
