Corey Stewart Calls for Capital Murder Charges for Illegals Who Kill Americans
A U.S. Senate from Virginia candidate from Virginia called for capital murder charges for illegal aliens accused of killing American citizens on Monday.
“Republican U.S. Senate candidate Corey Stewart today called for the use of capital murder charges for illegal aliens who slaughter innocents on American soil,” said a press release from the Stewart campaign.
Stewart wants the death penalty on the table for all illegals convicted of murder, even if the state in which the crime was committed does not have the penalty.
Stewart is squaring off with Antifa-supporting radical Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), who recently rallied with “Abolish ICE” protestors.
A U.S. Senator from Virginia spoke at a “Families Belong Together” rally in Richmond, VA where protestors vocally called for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
“The President thought he could separate kids from their parents, and the American public wouldn’t care” said Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) to protestors. “That’s the only reason he did it. He thought they wouldn’t care. But the President realized that America has a moral gag reflex and we are revolted by his decision.”

“Unfortunately, the animal who murdered Mollie Tibbetts cannot be executed because Iowa does not have the death penalty,” Stewart said, according to the press release. “To remedy this injustice, I am now calling for first degree murder charges involving illegal aliens to be brought under federal jurisdiction. This would allow federal prosecutors to pursue the death penalty for any illegal alien who is charged with first degree murder.”
