Dan ‘McCain 2.0’ Crenshaw Bashes House Freedom Caucus for Refusing to Compromise with Democrats and RINOs

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) blasted the House Freedom Caucus for refusing to compromise with Democrats and RINOs during a recent Illinois GOP fundraiser.

Crenshaw took aim at members of the House Freedom Caucus, who are the most conservative members of the House and supported President Trump’s agenda most fervently while he was in office, because they do not play ball with the Washington D.C. elites.

He can be seen complaining in a video about how members of the House Freedom Caucus want “everything but they can’t compromise at all so then they get nothing.”

In another video from the same press conference, Crenshaw can be seen denying substantial election fraud and telling Republicans that Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 presidential election.

That video can be seen here:

The type of legislative “compromise” supported by Crenshaw is best embodied by a recent infrastructure bill passed in the U.S. Senate.

Big League Politics reported on how Republicans and Democrats came together to pass a trillion-dollar boondoggle that contains Green New Deal provisions and injects critical race theory into environmental policy:

Some of the most despicable RINOs in the U.S. Senate are shilling for the Biden regime’s disastrous trillion-dollar “infrastructure” plan that is a trillion-dollar giveaway for leftist special interests.

Last month, 18 senators, including Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), and Mitt Romney (R-UT), betrayed their constituents by approving the bill before its language could even be produced. This has caused a lot of backlash from their constituents who have been sold out once more.

This has caused the RINO caucus in the Senate to double down on their contempt for conservatives and join Democrats in a public relations campaign on behalf of the bill…

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is more than thrilled that a large caucus of Republican lawmakers are doing his party’s bidding.

“For the first time, the Senate has come together around such a package in decades,” Schumer said, gloating that the senate is “on the precipice” of passing the bill after “a very handsome, overwhelming vote” over the weekend. It is now a mere formality that the legislation passes the Senate and is sent to the House.

The bill includes $73 billion in clean energy investment ie. Solyndra on steroids. It also contains a $23 billion investment in so-called “environmental remediation,” which will inject critical race theory into federal environmental policy. It contains an additional $2.5 billion for zero-emission buses, another $2.5 billion for low-emission buses, and another $2.5 billion for ferries as mass transit fails nationwide. It also papers over the unprofitable and failing Amtrak to the tune of $66 billion.”

Crenshaw is among the worst the federal swamp has to offer. He may even surpass his hero John McCain in terms of being reprehensible and loathed by his own constituents by the time his career in public service is said and done.
