Kamala Harris Calls For Investigation Into ‘Credible’ Sex Assault Accusation Against Justin Fairfax

California Democrat senator Kamala Harris is calling for an investigation into the “credible” accusation of sexual assault levied against Virginia Democrat lieutenant governor Justin Fairfax. (READ: Big League Politics Breaks The Story of the Fairfax Accuser). The Washington Post spiked the story of Vanessa Tyson’s allegation, stemming from her encounter with Fairfax in a hotel room at the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston. Fairfax was working as the “body man” for John Edwards on the John Kerry campaign.

Democrat Virginia Congressman Bobby Scott’s year-long knowledge of and inaction toward the sexual assault allegation levied against Democrat Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax is the latest development since Big League Politics broke the story on Sunday.
Aides for Scott admitted Wednesday to having knowledge of Fairfax’s sexual assault allegation since October 17, 2017, when the accuser Vanessa Tyson, a Stanford Fellow and Scripps University professor, made Scott’s team aware of the alleged incident. Tyson attempted to explain the allegation to Scott again in a text message sent in December of 2017.
In a Nov. 29 email, Tyson expressed her dislike for Fairfax and wrote that she would like to “talk about it,” with Congressman Scott.

Aides to Scott maintain that he was not made aware at that point about an alleged sexual assault in 2004 involving Fairfax.
In a text message exchange between Scott and Tyson in December 2017, she informed him that the now-Lieutenant Governor-Elect had a “MeToo allegation,” but at the time the congressman did not know that she was the accuser, according to aides.
In a statement to ABC News, Scott claimed on Wednesday that he has “known Professor Tyson for approximately a decade and she is a friend.”
This latest bombshell comes out only hours after the National Organization for Women (NOW) demanded Fairfax immediately resign to remove himself from the line of succession should besieged Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, who last week endorsed infanticide before Big League Politics uncovered wildly racist photos from his medical school yearbook, heed many Democrats’ and Republicans’ call for his resignation.
The National Organization for Women is calling for Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax to resign amid allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman in 2004.
After Big League Politics broke the news of Fairfax’s sexual assault allegation, in which University Fellow and Professor Vanessa Tyson accused him of sexually assaulting her during the Democratic National Convention in 2004, Fairfax proceeded to smear her for her story and attack her character. This led the National Organization for Women (NOW) to demand his immediate resignation.
This revelation also comes as the third in the line of succession for the governorship, Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring faces his own controversy over past racism, having admitted to wearing blackface to sing a rap song during a 1980 college party.
Herring resigned today from his position as co-chair of the Democratic Attorneys General Association.

Midterms 2022
Ohio Republican Rob Portman Announces that He Won’t Be Seeking Re-Election
America first nationalists must capitalize on this opening in the senate.

On January 25, 2021, Ohio Senator Rob Portman announced that he will not be seeking re-election in 2022. The 2022 election cycle will be a critical mid-term cycle which will determine what course the Republican Party will take in the wake of Trump’s defeat.
According to a report at The Epoch Times, Portman cited “partisan gridlock in Congress and political polarization” as his main reasons for leaving the Senate.
“I feel fortunate to have been entrusted by the people of Ohio to represent them in the U.S. Senate. Today, I am announcing that I have made a decision not to run again in 2022,” Portman said in a statement.
The Republican senator continued, “I don’t think any Senate office has been more successful in getting things done, but honestly, it has gotten harder and harder to break through the partisan gridlock and make progress on substantive policy, and that has contributed to my decision.”
In Portman’s view, the United States has become “increasingly polarized where members of both parties are being pushed further to the right and further to the left, and that means too few people who are actively looking to find common ground.” Portman also contended that “This is not a new phenomenon, of course, but a problem that has gotten worse over the past few decades.” He concluded by stating that “This is a tough time to be in public service.”
Portman accompanies his colleagues Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey and North Carolina Senator Richard Burr in retiring from office. Portman’s presence won’t be missed. He voted for the Iraq War and even betrayed President Trump by voting against his national emergency declaration at the border. To add insult to injury, Portman has routinely talked smack about President Trump behind his back.
2022 is shaping up to be an interesting year for Republicans with numerous seats in play. With regards to open seats, there will be unique opportunities for America First nationalists to shine in. Ohio is ground zero for the emerging populist realignment taking place in America. Once a state that could go either way during a given election cycle, Ohio is now a safe Republican state.
America First nationalists should milk this opening for what it’s worth and place a staunch nationalist to run for the open GOP seat in 2022. This will be the first midterm where populists can begin purging the party of neocons and other establishment types.
