Missouri Disciplinary Panel Supports Reprimand of Soros-Backed Prosecutor for Wrongdoing in Eric Greitens Case

A Missouri disciplinary panel is supporting a reprimand for Soros-backed St. Louis circuit attorney Kim Gardner over wrongdoing in handling a high-profile case regarding former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

Gardner and her underlings mishandled evidence and committed other illicit actions in order to destroy Greitens’ political career throughout his 2018 prosecution. This politically-motivated act of treachery eventually forced Greitens out of his position as Missouri governor, but justice is finally being served years later.

The disciplinary panel made its determination based on a “joint stipulation” made during a hearing last month between Gardner and the Missouri chief disciplinary counsel that acknowledged Gardner’s office “failed to maintain a comprehensive approach to collecting, producing and logging documents.”

Gardner is trying to play it off like her failure to appropriately maintain evidence under the law during Greitens’ prosecution was an honest mistake, rather than a deliberate act of malice targeting a political enemy, in order to avoid jail time. The Missouri Supreme Court still needs to approve Gardner’s reprimand for it to take effect, but the disciplinary panel’s support of the measure is a good sign that Gardner will at least suffer public disgrace for her actions.

Gardner’s investigator William Don Tisaby already pleaded guilty for his criminal role in withholding evidence during Greitens’ prosecution. Gardner has been forced by a court of law to submit her communications regarding the case for the public record, as Big League Politics has reported:

Former Missouri Governor and current ‘America First’ U.S. Senate candidate Eric Greitens is being vindicated after the fake news and political swamp in his state sabotaged his rising political stardom in 2018 with false charges.

The latest news shows that Soros-funded thug prosecutor Kim Gardner, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney who led the bogus case against Greitens with help from Missouri RINOs, is being forced by the Missouri Supreme Court to produce crucial communications with political insiders about Greitens’ railroading, including potential conversations with her progressive paymaster George Soros.

Just the News Editor-in-Chief John Solomon filed the public records request, which Gardner and her team of lawyers have thus far attempted to stonewall. They will be able to do so no longer after this decision by the Missouri Supreme Court.

“I am grateful for the Missouri Supreme Court for ruling that the public interest should prevail here,” Solomon said in a statement.

“The Missouri voters and the American public deserve to know what went on in this case, and we now have an opportunity to tell them the facts. A special thanks to Southeastern Legal Foundation for its incredible work on this. We look forward to making all the information we want in this case public as soon as it’s delivered by Ms. Gardner’s office,” he added.

Last month, an investigator in the Greitens case pleaded guilty to evidence tampering for unlawfully denying key information to defense attorneys after being charged with seven felony counts. Greitens was forced to resign as governor in the fallout of that crooked investigation and political hit job initiated against him.

As soon as that news hit the press, the RINO establishment – including disgraced Bush-era hack Karl Rove, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and, sadly, even so-called populist U.S. Senator Josh Hawley – sprang into action with their next character assassination attempt against Greitens.

Greitens is currently running for U.S. Senate and fighting to restore his reputation amidst a laundry list of baseless accusations attempting to impede his political resurrection. Gardner’s rebuke by the system will help Greitens clear his name and get to Washington D.C. where he can fight for America First values against a corrupt Uniparty establishment that is out to destroy him.
