New Biden Plan Manipulates Language To Pressure Insurance Companies Into Covering Medical Gender Transitions And Abortions

Gender transition surgeries for minors are turning into a hot-button passion for the Biden administration. Now, he wants insurance companies to cover the costs of these procedures along with abortions under his latest proposal.
On Monday afternoon, the administration announced a new plan to modify the Affordable Care Act. Biden calls the push “gender-affirmation” care and is adamantly against current safeguarding measures that prevent children from easy access to sex change treatments.
This new proposal from Biden and his administration would apply to Obamacare health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. And would include puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries that make a person’s body look more like the opposite sex.

On top of all that, this proposal seeks to help women receive abortions.
The language used in this new plan is a classic Biden move, as it aims to redefine terms to provide workarounds for those under the umbrella of the President’s radical leftist agenda.
For example, a patient’s subjective “gender identity” would be used as an identifiable trait that may not be discriminated against. And the reinterpretation of “discrimination on the basis of sex” would be broadened to include access to “pregnancy termination.”
In short, these proposed changes would allow people to file claims with the Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights based on discrimination. Thus pressuring insurance companies to cave to Biden’s desires regardless of the known ramifications.
Again, this whole initiative highlights the White House and its focus on advancing the transgender movement amongst children. Trans young people have reportedly doubled since 2017, and the President has been adamant about “advancing LGBTQI+ equality.”
He has also routinely blasted Republicans for allegedly “bullying” LGBT minors.
Though, of course, it’s not clear what “discriminatory attacks” the President is referring to. Nor is it understood what “extreme MAGA laws and policies” are responsible for this alleged attack on LGBT children and the high suicide rate amongst the community.
Story after story like this one showcase just how far the Biden administration is willing to go to allow children unmitigated access to gender medical transitions.
Just recently, according to documents obtained by the Associated Press, a leading transgender health association will be lowering the recommended minimum age to begin the gender transition process to just 14 years of age.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) has decided to lower its recommendation because it argues that it is “unethical and harmful to withhold early treatment.” Despite the group acknowledging the potential risks of these surgeries.
Biden is not far behind the group’s radical dystopian agenda.
