RAILROADED: Bankruptcy Judge Orders Alex Jones to Sell InfoWars as Part of Settlement to Sandy Hook Families

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez has ordered Alex Jones to sell off InfoWars to help pay the gargantuan and absurd $1.5 billion in damages for spreading conspiracy theories about the Sandy Hook school shooting.

Lopez stated during a court hearing on Tuesday that auctions will begin in November to sell off all of Jones’ assets. Jones vows to continue on despite the historically unprecedented lawfare meant to destroy him.

“It’s very cut and dry that the assets of Free Speech Systems, the website, the equipment, the shopping cart, all that, can be sold,” Jones said on a recent show. “And they know full well that there are a bunch of patriot buyers, and then the operation can ease on.”

Christopher Mattei, an attorney for the Sandy Hook families, all but admitted that the lawsuit is about using the process to cripple Jones’ free speech rights.

“Alex Jones will no longer own or control the company he built,” Mattei said in a public statement issued on Tuesday. “This brings the families closer to their goal of holding him accountable for the harm he has caused.”

Big League Politics has reported on the appalling Kangaroo Court proceedings against Jones:

Because Infowars founder Alex Jones expressed his unpopular opinion about current events, he may have to pay $2.5 trillion as a new Soviet-style legal standard is established in America against enemies of the regime.

The Sandy Hook families, not content with the $1 billion figure they received in the previous show trial, now want Jones to pay $2.5 trillion as the court proceedings become laughably absurd.

They came to the figure by multiplying each of Alex Jones’ 550 million social media impressions by $5,000, which is the maximum allowed under the law. They are suing under a Connecticut law typically used for recourse against companies for products sold under false pretenses. The established law is being rewritten on the fly in an attempt to punish Jones.

“The only appropriate punitive damages award in this case is the largest award within the court’s power,” the families’ attorneys said in the filing. “The defendants have acted willfully, maliciously, and evilly, in full knowledge of the harm they are causing people who had no means to fight back, except to bring this case.”

Even though the system is now openly conspiring to destroy Jones, he continues to build his following and cement his status as a legend among the Populist Right.”

As Jones gets persecuted by this unjust system, he only becomes more of a legend and becomes more of a mainstream figure among the MAGA Right. Jones is an American hero and will not be stopped.
