RAILROADING: Judge Refused to Dismiss Biased Juror in Whitmer Fednapping Case

On Tuesday, two of the men involved in the dubious fed-orchestrated kidnapping plot of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer were convicted.

Adam Fox and Barry Croft were found guilty and face life in prison after being entrapped by federal agents and set up in a nonexistent conspiracy to kidnap Whitmer after she locked down her state, murdered countless elderly individuals by housing COVID patients in nursing homes, and ripped up the Bill of Rights during the pandemic.

The Detroit News reports that U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker refused to dismiss a juror after a whistleblower came forward with allegations that the individual was severely biased on the case and wished to punish the defendants regardless of the evidence.

After hearing of the allegations, Jonker talked to the juror privately, without the prosecution or defense able to address the juror, and dismissed the allegations. Jonker also sealed any knowledge of the juror’s alleged bias from being revealed to the public so the show trial could commence as scheduled.

Julie Kelly of American Greatness described the myriad ways Jonker controlled the proceedings in order to ensure a guilty verdict after the initial mistrial:

Big League Politics has reported on the fake Whitmer kidnapping being a federal entrapment scheme since its inception:

Stephen Robeson, an FBI informant who helped stage the phony kidnapping hoax of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, is being hit with fraud charges.

Robeson was charged last week for allegedly defrauding a couple out of an SUV by convincing them to donate it to a fake charity. His wife, Kimberly, has also been charged. They will face up to three years in prison with fines up to $10,000 if they are convicted.
