Rand Paul, Fellow GOP Leaders Fight Against Child Abuse Like The Younger ‘Transition’ Case

Last week, the James Younger case caught nationwide attention, as the seven-year-old boy from Texas was caught in a custody battle between a father trying to protect his son from a manipulative mother.
The case involves James’s alleged decision to identify as a transgender girl.
James’s father, Jeff Younger, argues that James prefers to be a boy and only pretends to act feminine around his mother, Anne Georgulas.

The father believes that James’ thoughts on transgenderism are the result of his mother’s influence.
A video of Jeff questioning James about his gender recently surfaced on the Internet. The son answered that he is a girl because his mother said so.
“You’re a boy, right?” asked Younger.
“No, I’m a girl,” replied James.
“Who told you you’re a girl?” Younger questioned his son.
“Mommy,” replied James.
The father continued by asking, “And what does mommy tell you?”
“She tells me I’m a girl,” said James.
The father continued asking his son about his preferences, which included how “mommy puts you in a dress and puts nail polish on you?” The son responded affirmatively, revealing that his mother purchases dresses, hairbands, and hairclips for him.
On “The Luke Macias Show”, Younger said “My three-year-old son tells me — he’s at my home — he tells me that he’s a girl. And I had the presence of mind, thank goodness, to pull out my iPhone and videotape me asking him about that. And that was literally the first time that I really understood what was happening to my son.”
“That was the first time I noticed. He was just past his third birthday,” Younger added.
Younger claimed that his ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, was “only giving [James] love and affection if he acted like a girl,” and “was putting my son into time-outs and she would lock him in his room and say that monsters only eat boys.”
After a 11 of 12 jury decision in court, Georgulas was granted sole managing conservatorship of James and his twin brother Jude. Additionally, he was forced to affirm James’s status as a transgendered person by calling him “Luna” with feminine pronouns.
This case has attracted national attention.
On October 23, 2019, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that Child Protective Services was investigating this incident.

Even Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has chimed in on the matter. On Twitter, Paul stated “We don’t let kids drink alcohol til 21. People want to move smoking age to 21. But we will allow a 7 year old to have his life and body altered like this? This is child abuse and the state should side with the father who is trying to protect the child.”

Cooler heads have prevailed for now after judge Kim Cooks granted the parents joint custody of James Younger.
This will likely turn into a larger battle nationwide, as social conservatives across the nation will seek to contain any more encroachments on the family unit by the radical Left.

Airbnb CEO Says Wuhan Virus Will Fundamentally Transform Domestic Travel
Post-pandemic America will not look the same.

Brian Chesky, the CEO of Airbnb, said to Reuters on January 14, 2021 that domestic travel patterns will not revert to pre-Wuhan virus pandemic standards.
In a Zoom call with Jonathan Weber, the global technology editor for Reuters, Chesky said that business travel will move towards leisure travel due to the fact that software like Zoom facilitates teleconferencing at unprecedented rates.
Furthermore, Chesky speculates that people won’t be visiting America’s largest cities as much as before, nor will they stay at crowded hotels. Instead, he believes that “many people will travel by car – some will travel by plane – and they’re going to travel to thousands of smaller communities. And many of these communities are going to be smaller cities and or even rural areas.”
Additionally, the Airbnb CEO notes that “farm stays are huge right now” and that national parks travel will become a major trend among travelers in the upcoming months. The latter will grow, in Chesky’s view, because most Americans have not visited such parks.
According to an Airbnb survey, 54% of Americans have plans of traveling in 2021 or they’re in the process of planning out their trips for the summer. Chesky asserted that travelers are “yearning for what was taken away from them.” He added, “they’re not yearning to see Times Square. What they are yearning to do is to see their friends and their families they have not seen in a long time.”
Tyler Durden of ZeroHedge raised an interesting point about this change in Americans’ travel patterns:
If Chesky is right about the significant travel shift, the hotel industry could be slated for a massive wave of bankruptcies and or consolidation to a degree never before seen.
Regardless, Americans are getting tired of the Wuhan virus lockdowns. Millions of Americans have had their freedoms infringed upon thanks to politicians who want to exploit a generalized crisis for their own gain.
If Republicans were smart, they would be unapologetically campaigning for their states to be reopened. Americans want to go back to their normal lives and engage in activities such as travel, which the political class has deprived them of.
