Schoolteacher Arrested For Underaged Nude Photos
What is happening with our nation’s education system?
A high school teacher in Washington state was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly invited a teenage girl into his home before then capturing nude photos of the minor.
Reports out of The Post Millenial listed the suspect as Jeff Whiston, a 43-year-old teacher of commercial photography at Chiawana High School in Washington state. Police documents claimed that a female student under the age of 17 agreed to join Whiston at his home for a photo shoot on April 6th, the same day the alleged incident occurred. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office reportedly said that the commercial photography teacher routinely offers students photo shoots that resemble ‘senior photos’ free of charge.
Court documents describe a scenario in which the victim felt pressured to undress because the door to the shop was blocked, KOMO News reports.
Whiston was reportedly held captive by detectives at his home Tuesday night. KOMO News also reported that he admitted to holding a photo shoot.

“Pasco School District has learned that district employee Jeffrey Whiston was arrested Tuesday night by the Benton County Sherriff’s Office on charges related to illegal conduct with a minor. The investigation began Tuesday after the district received a report from a concerned parent. Mr. Whiston was placed on administrative leave Tuesday morning in accordance with standard district procedure and the report was made to law enforcement. If true, these allegations represent a breach of our trust and a disappointing departure from our standards for all district employees. The safety of our students is the highest priority of our school and district staff members. Because this is an open investigation, this is the only information Pasco School District will be providing at this time. Media outlets should direct any further questions to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.”
Whiston was turned in to the Benton County Jail under the suspicion of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and is currently being held under $150,000 bail.
Issues pertaining to schoolteachers and the sexual exploitation of children have gained massive political prominence as of late. Some politicians have consequently sprung into action, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis who drew controversy for his landmark “Parental Rights in Education” legislation which bans pushing concepts of sexual orientation such as homosexuality and others upon children from the level of kindergarten to third grade.
“The one thing I’ll say about that is that if the people who held up degenerates like Harvey Weinstein up as exemplars and as heroes and all that, if those are the type of people who are opposing us on parents’ rights, I wear that like a badge of honor,” laughed DeSantis after hearing of backlash in response to the bill from the media and private corporations alike.
