TULSI: Obama Really Behind Ministry of Truth, Biden Just “Front Man”

2020 democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard called out President Joe Biden for being just the “front man” for his new Ministry of Truth.

She then went on to claim that former President Barack Obama is the one really behind it all.

Gabbard shared the following clip on Twitter from Obama on April 21 where he says, “social media censors ‘don’t go far enough,’ so the government needs to step in to do the job.”

As Gabbard notes, just “six days later” after these comments by Obama were made, the DHS announced its rollout of the “Disinformation Governance Board.”

In an interview with Tucker Carlson on Thursday, Gabbard claimed that it was really Obama behind the ministry, and Biden was just a “puppet” to carry out his agenda.

“The fact is, this is something that was started under the Obama-Biden administration,” Gabbard said. “Joe Biden was the front man for Barack Obama at the time.”

“And so, it’s no surprise that they would continue this on, and actually escalate it,” she added.

Gabbard then went on to say via Twitter that “every dictatorship has a propaganda arm—a ‘Ministry of Truth.'”

“The Biden Administration has now formally joined the ranks of such dictatorships,” she continued.

Gabbard has been routinely critical and outspoken about Biden’s Ministry of Truth, slamming the whole idea as “Orwellian” and “un-American.”

She isn’t the only one either, as other 2020 candidates like Jo Jorgensen and Howie Hawkins have also been highly critical of Biden’s new ministry.

As Newsweek notes, “conservatives and civil libertarians have also raised alarm about the new government body.” Calling the whole topic a very slippery slope that could lead to some very dark places.

Despite endorsing Biden during the 2020 election, Gabbard has become a somewhat Fox News regular for denouncing Biden and his poor leadership, along with his increasingly radical policies.

“I’m confident that [Biden] will lead our country,” Gabbard said of Biden in her original endorsement of the soon-to-be new president.

“Guided by the spirit of aloha respect and compassion, and thus help heal the divisiveness that has been tearing our country apart,” she included.

Surely much of Gabbard’s frustrations come from the fact that Biden has been more divisive than anything since taking office. The newly announced Ministry of Truth serves as yet another step in the wrong direction.

With so much bipartisan backlash, it remains to be seen how long this Ministry of Truth will even last.

What is certain, however, is that Tulsi Gabbard will continue to be a thorn in Biden’s side, as she has already made it clear she plans to do.
