Previously Deported Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty to Running Brothel, Among Other Charges

An illegal alien who had been deported previously but was living in Milwaukee pleaded guilty on several charges last week, including charges related to running a brothel.

“Jose Facio-Santos, 39, admitted to prostituting women out of a home on South 23rd Street for years,” said Fox6. “A criminal complaint says nearly 250 women went through the home in the past five years for a week at a time.”

The report said that Facio-Santos was busted in October when undercover agents bought guns and drugs from him. He also copped to running the prostitution ring.

In 2004, Facio-Santos was first arrested and transferred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in Charlotte, North Carolina. But he was not deported. Instead, he was scheduled for an immigration hearing, which took place three years later in 2017, and he skipped. His whereabouts were unknown until a 2010 arrest during a traffic stop in Milwaukee. He was later deported to Mexico, only to return four years later.

In 2014, he was back in the United States selling heroin, cocaine, AK-47s and women.

“Federal authorities say Facio-Santos would pick up the women on Rogers Street, and at three other predetermined locations: El Rey (Hispanic grocery store), the Milwaukee Intermodal Station and the airport. He’d then text a long list of individuals that a ‘fresh woman’ had arrived,” the report said.

Thursday, he reportedly pleaded guilty to three felony counts of drug distribution, illegal firearm possession and transporting a female in interstate commerce for purposes of prostitution.

The major bust comes during a time of gridlock on border security in Washington, D.C. President Donald J. Trump vowed Monday to begin deporting all illegal aliens.

“Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States,” he said on Twitter. “They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people long before they get to our Southern Border. Guatemala is getting ready to sign a Safe-Third Agreement. The only ones who won’t do anything are the Democrats in Congress. They must vote to get rid of the loopholes, and fix asylum! If so, Border Crisis will end quickly!

But even with control of the House and Senate for two years, Republicans were unable to produce meaningful legislation to secure the border.

President Donald J. Trump has declared a national state of emergency, for which several heavily-blue states immediately sued his administration. Democrats refuse to budge on the issue, unwilling to secure America’s borders. As illegal border crossings surge, they blocked a meaningful amount of wall funding in the 2019 federal budget.

In what many conservatives see as a colossal failure, the Republican Congress, led by former Speaker Paul Ryan, current Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, failed to deliver wall funding to the president’s desk during all of 2017 and 2018, when Republicans held the House, the Senate, and the White House.
