US universities are often bastions of progressive Democrats, but Donald Trump’s election has spurred a growing number of conservative students to step out of the shadows and become increasingly vocal. / AFP PHOTO / William EDWARDS / TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY Catherine TRIOMPHE-“Conservatives flex Trump-era might on US campuses” (Photo credit should read WILLIAM EDWARDS/AFP via Getty Images)

Right-wing commentator Nick Fuentes is filing a civil rights lawsuit against President Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI director Christopher Wray, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Department of Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, U.S. postmaster general Louis DeJoy, Transportation Security Administration leader David Pekoske, Federal Aviation Administration leader Steve Dickson, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and the entire TSA over his addition to the no-fly list.

Civil rights lawyer Norm Pattis has filed the lawsuit on Fuentes’ behalf adorned with the following statement from founding father Benjamin Franklin: “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

“This is an action to bring an end to the systemic violation of a United States citizens’ First, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendment’s rights by the Defendants – a course of conduct that has included declaring them presumptively dangerous based on constitutionally protected free speech and associations and denying them the fundamental constitutional right to travel through secret proceedings at which they have no opportunity to be heard,” the complaint reads.

A portion of the lawsuit, filed on Nov. 23, can be seen here:

Big League Politics has reported on Fuentes’ unlikely emergence as a civil rights icon after he was targeted by the feds for addition to the No Fly List based on his participation in controversial rallies against election fraud:

Paleoconservative video blogger Nick Fuentes announced today that he will not be able to attend today’s rally against Big Tech in the state of Florida because he is on a no-fly list, presumably because of his participation in the infamous Jan. 6 rally outside of the U.S. Capitol.

“I can’t get to Florida today because they will not let me get on the plane, I am on a no fly list. I will still be streaming the press conference on AmericaFirst.Live at 3:30pm est,” Fuentes announced in a Telegram post.

Fuentes was scheduled to speak at the rally in Palm Beach with many different right-wing firebrand commentators, including Congressional candidate Laura Loomer, Hold the Line PAC founder Lauren Witzke, and best-selling author Michelle Malkin…

Big League Politics has reported on a coordinated effort to paint Fuentes’ online fanbase, the Groypers, as a terror group on par with ISIS in the psychotic globalist response to Jan. 6.

Leftist overreach is turning people like Fuentes into modern civil rights heroes. The Draconian repression from psychotic Democrats may backfire and put their most despised rivals into the history books.
