Sexually Explicit Book ‘Gender Queer’ Added To Nation’s Largest Teachers’ Union Summer Reading List

Remember when the left assured us that radical LGBT books were not a part of public school curriculum? And remember when these same people told us the book “Gender Queer,” specifically, was a fringe example of some of the sex-fueled content in libraries?

Well, conservatives and their suspicions were just proven right – again – because the NEA, also known as the largest teachers’ union in the nation, has just recommended the book “Gender Queer” as part of its summer reading. 

From The New York Post:

The book was featured in the NEA’s “Great Summer Reads for Educators!” list that showcased 11 books.

Among those books are “White Fragility,” a book that insists that White Americans use anger, shame and guilt to avoid taking responsibility for racial inequality.

“Gender Queer,” a memoir written by a LGBT author, has been at the forefront of the banned books controversy. Mainly due to its extremely sexually explicit illustrations and promotion of LGBT values. 

For example, it depicts minors performing oral sex on one another.

This was the book that would get people banned from school board meetings for simply reading it out loud – WATCH:

Conservatives have been blasted by the left for calling out public schools for their push to indoctrinate children with inappropriate books aimed at youth like “Gender Queer.” 

Parents have not backed down from this dismal, and instead have double-downed against school boards who routinely showcase how badly they want this kind of content on school grounds. 

Some parents have even called on the defunding of libraries who play into this LGBT propaganda. 

For example, Jamestown Township Michigan voters showed that they have had enough with LGBT degeneracy, and they made their voices heard back in August 2022.

They rejected a millage to support the Patmos library, which takes away 84 percent of the library’s $245,000 budget. 

Library board president Larry Walton said that the library is expected to run out of money by late 2023 because of this move.

In another instance highlighting just how important the left views this kind of LGBT content, the American Library Association (ALA) created a webpage that was dedicated to teaching librarians how to groom children. 

The now-removed page was aimed at small-town librarians in rural, conservative areas. Primarily because these are areas with the most parental and community pushback for LGBT behavior promotion targeted at minors. Especially in schools.
